Life In the Air

Life may seem like, at times,
Like it is up in the air.
Sometimes, we may feel,
Like we haven't got a prayer.

There are days,
Many, many, days...
When we don't feel like,
Singing a praise.

But that is our hope, our Lord.
He hears our every cry.
And answers prayer,
Hearing praises on high.

If we believe, we receive,
Life may feel up in the air.
But the Lord is always there,
So we have a wing and a prayer.

We don't have swing to and fro,
From doubt to doubt, we seek relief.
His on eye is on every sparrow,
Jesus crushes fear and worry, is He your belief?

God's Little Girl

I am God's little girl,
No matter what anyone can say.
He has walked with me,
Holding my hand, day by day.

He has held me when I cried,
For just no reason, or truly in pain.
Forever young, in His eyes,
His little girl, I remain.

I sang and danced for Him,
I was little, He was proud.
And as I grew up, His soft voice,
Quieted me, while others were loud.

They drain and draw the life,
You are no longer whole,
It takes God, your Father,
To restore your soul.

I am still His little girl,
I can run to Him in prayer.
I live my life, My Father to please,
And He loves me, the God who always sees.

Mary, Mary

Mary, Mary....
On the contrast,
Her sister, wary.
Hard at work and contrary.

But she has chosen the very best,
Sitting at His feet.
She is blessed,
His peace so sweet.

While others wander or wait to be fed.
She has chosen the one thing, needful instead.
At the feet of Jesus she will stay.
And that is Mary's gift, it will not be taken away.

I Trust You, Lord

I trust you, Lord.
I have to, you are the only one.
I have ever loved,
Who could see me through.

I pour out my heart to you.
I can shout or cringe or cry.
I can fall upon my knees.
Or in awe of you just sigh.

I can ask myself a million questions.
I can beg or be bold as I pray.
I need a miracle Lord,
What else can I say?

There is room for me,
I know you have it prepared.
Oh, how I love you.
The secret place we often shared.

Under your wing I trust,
I have I do, I must.
You are my miracle, Jesus,
Always true and just.

Do It All For Jesus

Do it all for Jesus,
Do it all in love for Him.
Do it for the Lord,
Love like He wants to love them.

Do it with love and do it with care.
Do it with patience and do it with prayer.
Seek His face and His amazing grace,
And He will your soul, make you whole.

It takes effort to surrender to Him,
It takes seeking His rest.
But He loves us so, when we can believe,
We receive, He wants to gives us His best.

A Woman's Tear

A woman's tears are special to Him,
Weeping may last a night,
But be still, my child.
I will go before you and fight.

You keep my tears in a bottle, Lord.
You know every star by name.
Your love for me you more than proved,
When Jesus died for my shame.

You back nothing from me,
Yet, hold back the gates of hell.
You are worth everything to me, Lord.
Worth ever tear that fell.

We Walk in White

We walk before the Lord,
We walk before Him in white.
We walk to adore the Lord.
Walking with Him day and night.

He is ever with us and He sees,
Hears the prayers of power on our lips,
The fruit of the lips,
The prayer warrior on her knees.

He sees our ways, numbers our days,
Is watching us coming and going.
Ever present, omni-powerful,
Always loving and all knowing.

We walk before Him in white,
He waits for heaven's mansions to fill.
He sees us in His love,
So let us seek His perfect will.

Walking In White

Walking in white,
As a woman who is wise,
God's pearl,
His delight, the apple of His eyes.

To walk before Him in white,
To be the beloved bride,
To be secure in Jesus,
It is love you can not hide.

I long to walks before Him in white.
I have failed along the way,
Ye, His love is everlasting.
I rest in it, love, so pure.

He is ever present,
Always pleasant.
Taking me under His wing,
To make my heart sing.

I will walk in white,
waiting for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
A beloved bride of Christ,
Always in awe of the love, of the Great I AM.

Rest in Jesus

Rest in Jesus,
You can take Him at His Word.
Rest upon His promises,
Believing all you've heard.

It is a line, in part,
From an old, old hymn.
I like praise and worship,
And also some of them.

The words are special,
And remain true.
Hearing them now,
They ring aloud, anew.

The words are pure,
Singing of His grace.
Old and new, together,
Beholding, the Saviors face.

Resting in Jesus,
Take Him at His Word.
Love Him and listen to the promises,
Believing all you heard.

Another Evening Prayer

I lean to rest in evening prayer,
When I bow, I'm at rest.
Whispering Jesus,
I am blessed.

I can rest any time,
You're in my heart and mind.
I am forever loved.
In Jesus' peace, I find.

He's the only peace,
The only grace.
You behold His love,
His beloved face.

You may not see Him,
But His presence you will feel,
In an evening prayer of rest.
You always will.

I lean to rest in evening prayer,
I bow my head, a prayer is said.
I will always said a prayer.
Wherever I am, you are there.

He Leads Me Still

He leads beside the waters still,
Daily restoring my soul, He always will.
For thought the waves may roar and crest.
God has planned for me His very best.

After all, He gave His Son,
And I, of course, am not the only one.
But there are times, it is true.
That He only died for you.

It is like that I'm the only one He can see,
And that He is pour all His love into me.
Freely, He died, setting me free...
Amazing grace, I'm in awe, how can it be?

He makes us each special and unique,
Loving every one, the beloved Son.
He's our strength, calming every storm,
When we are weak.

He leads us beside the waters still.
His loving Spirit, our hearts to fill.
Jesus, love of my life, heart healer.
I love Him, I always will.

Walk With Me Jesus

Walk with me, Jesus.
I know you are beside me.
You hand firmly on my shoulder,
To steady me and guide me.

I may not have it altogether,
But together, we it all.
A calm and steady pace we walk.
I know you won't let me fall.

I walked alone over rocks and ridges,
My life a mess, I burned my bridges.
I stepped out of the boat and fell into the sea.
But you lifted me up and said, " Focus on me. "

Now I may not walk on water,
But my life is miraculous, none the less.
For I have sought you Lord, I walk with you,
Talk with you, and all you do is bless.

Thank you, Jesus

Sharing Jesus

I love to write about Jesus,
Praising Him for His love.
No other one, could have been God's Son,
Beloved, Redeemer from above.

I want all these words,
To sound far and near,
To whisper and resound,
For the world to hear.

He loves you truly,
I know you've heard before.
But never like I've ever told you.
I hope you'll want to hear more.

You see, I see love in His eyes,
And I want you to, too.
Listen to His Spirit leading, be wise.
He will see you through.
